How long will the project take?

It depends on the scope. Smaller jobs like crack sealing or seal coating typically take 1–2 days. Resurfacing may take 2–5 days. Full depth reclamation (FDR) or large concrete jobs can span 2–4 weeks — including planning, preparation and curing time. We work with you to set realistic schedules and minimize downtime.


Which material is better — asphalt or concrete?

Both serve different needs. Asphalt is flexible, installs quickly, has a lower initial cost, and is ideal for general use and fast repairs. Concrete offers greater durability under heavy traffic and better performance in high-load zones. We help you choose the right material for your site and budget.


What safety measures do you follow?

Safety is non-negotiable. Our crews are OSHA-certified and follow strict protocols, including clear signage, traffic control and on-site supervision. We also hold regular safety meetings to ensure that everyone stays informed and compliant.


Will my business need to close during the work?

Not at all. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., but we regularly schedule work during off-peak times — including early mornings, evenings and weekends — to avoid disruptions. We also phase projects to keep part of your parking lot open while the rest is under construction. Your business stays accessible, and your customers stay safe.
