He noticed a pile of asphalt that was being used to finish the area around our repaired concrete ramp. He fully expected the RAM team to simply toss the excess to the side and leave it. To his surprise, they used shovels and brooms and scraped the excess off the ground. I mentioned to him their core value of "The Last 5%" and he said that is exactly what they did! He always provided straight forward advice and educated our Board members on proper street construction, patching, and sealing. So, when it became time to make the investment and get bids from several paving firms, we were very pleased to find that RAM was competitive. They worked well with us to manage around our home owners' scheduling issues and weather interruptions. Their crews were also very professional and didn't seem to mind answering our questions. We are all very pleased with the final quality of the street patching, crack and surface sealing, and gutter repairs. We have established a schedule for future maintenance and hope we can work with RAM. Again, we highly recommend them.

We had contacted others and received their estimate RAM beat their estimates. From start to finish they addressed any issues and concerns. RAM also installed new concrete for the garbage truck to be able to turn around. They repaired and replaced concrete that was damaged during water repair work. They provided excellent service and did a great job in our community. They are also going going to help us maintain our road for the next 20yrs. I highly recommend for all you pavement needs.

(Side note: We had an engineer evaluate our parking lot and how to best correct our problems. During our research, we met with almost a dozen different pavement contractors.Every one of those contractors "interpreted" the engineer's report differently which led to a great variance in price.) Eric was very thorough in how they approached the engineer's recommendation and gave us, I believe, a fair price for the work that needed to be done. We are very pleased with the results of the work and 1) would recommend them to other and 2) look forward to working with them in the future for further repairs.
