With challenging times in the last year, RAM Pavement is making sure that our most valuable resources are taken care of, especially as we enter another school year. More than 33 bags filled with various school supplies were distributed to several of our team members. Management at RAM are advocates of work- life balance and genuinely care about our team. 

In 2010, Russ Blanton was interested in a career change and a new challenge. Russ and our Principal Rob Miller, had known each other for years through construction projects in which their firms both contributed. Rob had firsthand experience with Russ’ work and was confident he would be an asset to RAM Pavement. Russ was brought on to lead and expand RAM’s sales team, and eleven years later he says it is one of the best decisions he’s ever made! 

From crosswalks to loading zones to parking lots, striping and markings surround us everyday and are an important part of any paving job. For business owners and property managers, maintaining their paved assets is not only for the aesthetics, but more importantly for the safety of everyone who uses it.
