Eric walks your property with you to assess any pavement issues and safety hazards. He carefully considers your goals for the property and suggests any repairs or maintenance needed to achieve them. He then provides a comprehensive estimate to meet your needs and budget requirements. Once your project is complete, he makes sure that we leave your site better than when we got there. Eric appreciates that RAM Pavement is a full-service, commercial paving company, doing everything from repairing a simple pothole, milling and paving an existing parking lot or the construction of a new, asphalt surface. He is constantly impressed by the exceptional quality of the work delivered by our skilled production teams. He also admires RAM’s commitment to the community, involving the entire staff for outreach events and doing pro bono paving projects for organizations that help others. 

A proud Charlotte native, Eric has been happily married to his childhood sweetheart, Lauren for the past 12 years. They are the doting parents of a six-year-old daughter and a four-year-old son. In the autumn, the whole family enjoys following college and professional football. They are devoted Carolina Panthers and Charlotte 49ers fans. Eric is an avid outdoorsman, spending his free time fly-fishing, bass fishing and bow hunting in season.
