Rob Miller

We set some big targets this year, hit all of our milestones month-after-month and had a meaningful impact in the community. We are grateful to our team, clients and partners who made it all possible.

A Team Effort for 20 Years

In April, we celebrated our 20th anniversary with a week-long celebration that honored the team members who have been instrumental in our success. We thank everyone who has been part of our journey. We really have been fortunate to have the best people in the industry working for us at RAM. It’s because of them that we get so many five-star reviews and enjoy a positive reputation in the Charlotte area. The Last 5 %^TM is our rallying cry and all of us believe in it. Our team is the best because they believe in what we do, and make sure that they get the job done right, the first time and every time.

Community Impact

We’re always grateful for the support of the community we serve and the opportunity to pay it forward. Our partnership with Purple Heart Homes and 5th Street Ministries reached new heights in 2024. As we did two years ago, we headed back to Statesville, NC. This year, instead of laying the concrete for two homes, we were about to provide ADA-compliant concrete pads, sidewalks and fine grading for four homes. It was satisfying to be part of improving the lives of service-connected disabled veterans who are homeless. It was great to see it all come together. Our team is always excited when we can help.

Valued Partnerships

At RAM, we've had many clients for as long as we've been in business. There is a strong core of people we have worked with over and over again here in Charlotte. It really feels good when they come back to us because we've met the lifespan of their property and helped them maintain it for 15 or 20 years. They know that we really care about the service and value we provide for them. We view their pavement as an asset and we want to make sure they get a good return on their investment. When we deliver that, they rely on us and the partnership continues.

"We are not where we are today without the dedication and hard work of our team. We have been really fortunate to have the best people in the industry. Their leadership, grit and support make RAM Pavement what it is today." - Rob Miller, President, RAM Pavement
