As the founder and president of RAM Pavement, Rob Miller loves to create a vision that he is passionate about and bring others on board to execute it. Putting this philosophy into action makes Rob a dynamic leader, who impacts our team and our community. 

At RAM, all of our employees help to execute that vision on the job and in the community. At the beginning of every  year, our team members are given a Vision Traction Organizer. This document lays out the company’s 1-year, 3-year and 10-year goals. Among these goals are our community service benchmarks. 

As a company, we foster a culture of giving back. We are successful because of our community and we are grateful to be part of it. Some of the local causes we are actively involved in are Street Turkeys, Go Jen Go, 24 Foundation, Veterans Bridge and the Isabel Santos Foundation.

“Rob is very involved with the employees but he’s really involved in the community in a big way. He donates to the community shelters. Rob personally stands outside during the holidays to help collect money for turkeys for the less fortunate. During these events, he donates his time as well as food, money, hats and gloves to the local shelters. Rob and his family personally go out with the diversity team to help clean the streets three times a year for the Adopt a City Street in Charlotte.
