During our yearly planning meeting for 2024, we developed a strategic plan to add new services. We have made significant investments in equipment and technology and our clients are now starting to see the benefits. I am excited to share some of the highlights with you.


New Services and Innovations

We have now added Stone Installation and Soil Stabilization to RAM’s Site Services. This vertical integration allows us to handle everything from soil stabilization to paving, making the process efficient and cost-effective for our clients. By incorporating these new services, we ensure that the entire project, from start to finish, is managed seamlessly, providing significant time and cost savings.


Equipment and Technological Advancements

To deliver our new Site Services, we invested about a million dollars in new equipment. 

To improve safety, we have invested several hundred thousand dollars in new box trucks with lift gates, eliminating the need for trailers. We have also developed a new, custom CRM system that helps us track metrics for our Sales Team, integrates with our accounting and estimating software, and enhances follow-up processes with our clients.


Organizational Milestones

RAM Pavement is celebrating our 20th anniversary in 2024! In the first six months of the year, we have received approvals for five trademarks and made progress on three patents. It’s a banner year for us.


Some Highlighted Projects

We have been busy with several high-profile projects. At Sharon Corners in South Park in Charlotte, we faced challenges with drainage issues but delivered outstanding results. We also worked at the Whitewater Center, a popular destination and training site for Olympic teams, managing soil stabilization and paving efficiently.
