Community Outreach
Here at RAM Pavement, we foster a culture of giving back. We are successful because of our community and we are grateful to be part of it. The Carolinas are home. Our team works, lives and raises our families here. Nothing gives us greater pleasure than coming together to support our neighbors who are doing so much good.

Here are some of the organizations we actively support.
RAM Pavement has been a proud sponsor of the Go Jen Go Foundation since 2016. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to providing financial assistance to families in North and South Carolina who are battling breast cancer, providing aid during diagnosis, treatment and recovery.
24 Foundation
RAM Pavement CEO, Rob Miller, has participated in the 24 Foundation since 2009. This annual bike race in the Myers Park area has raised more than $1.5 million for pediatric oncology charities, including the Levine Cancer Institute, Claire’s Army and Pinky Swear. The event has expanded to include community members who are walking, running and swimming. The goal is to get people around Charlotte to move 24,000 miles to help kids with cancer.
Veterans Bridge
Veterans Bridge is an organization that helps veterans foster connections, access resources and find employment opportunities in the Carolinas. The RAM team has participated in a clean-up event at the Veterans Memorial Park in Charlotte. We have enjoyed volunteering side-by-side with veterans at local venues - handing out free giveaways at Panthers’ games and supervising a children’s play area at Romare Bearden Park.
Isabel Santos Foundation
Isabella Santos was a little girl who passed away at age seven from Stage 4 neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer. In her honor, her parents created the Isabella Santos Foundation (ISF) to find new treatments and cures for pediatric cancers. Since its inception in 2012, ISF has raised several million dollars to expand clinical research and support families facing pediatric cancer. We are proud to support ISF so that someday, all children can lead the long, healthy lives they deserve.
