Rob Miller

Rob Miller is the President and Founder of RAM Pavement, a Charlotte-based commercial paving company he established in 2004. Over more than two decades, he has grown the company into a trusted partner for property managers and businesses across the Carolinas.

Rob is an individual with integrity, great work ethic and one who is very grateful. He and his dedicated team have spent years building a company based on a set of core values—integrity, communication, respect, and leadership. Rob shares these values with all his clients, ensuring each project is given 100%.

Before founding RAM Pavement, Rob served as President of Phoenix Asphalt Management and previously worked as a Senior Project Manager with Phoenix Asphalt Technology. A graduate of Appalachian State University, he brings a practical, process-driven approach to commercial paving.

Rob is a long-standing CEO-level member of Vistage and received the Vistage Leadership Award in 2024 for the Charlotte market. He believes that strong leadership starts with taking care of people and giving back to the community, a philosophy reflected in RAM Pavement’s focus on its team, clients and the neighborhoods it serves.
