As the New Year begins, we want to reflect on where we are and our accomplishments.  At RAM Pavement, we’re extremely proud of our teams and what we have achieved. We’re excited about our plans for 2022 and we’d like to share them with you.  

In 2021, we made investments in new equipment in order to increase our paving capacity and we have seen major improvements. With these new investments we were able to increase efficiency, productivity and volume. 

This year we plan to increase our expenditures by 75% in new technology, preparing us to meet any challenge in the paving industry during 2022 and 2023.

Last year, we were able to boast about increasing our volume capacity but we could not have done it without our outstanding production crews. We ramped up our hiring and training process in 2021 in order to enhance efficiency to get every job done right the first time. Now, we’re adding new crews to accelerate our asphalt production. These additional team members will help us  grow our revenue by 25% this year.

In Q1 2022, we are enhancing the systems we currently use. Our new development and close-out process will make the job easier for our superintendents to report their inventory.
