A Heartfelt Thanksgiving From RAM Pavement

This Thanksgiving, we have so much to be thankful for. We appreciate our clients and community, who continue to support us; our skilled team members who come together each day to accomplish challenging projects and our family members, who make every moment worthwhile.

“RAM Pavement has had a really good year. We couldn't have done it without our dedicated employees. There's no way we could have done it without their help, their support and their commitment to quality work and the company vision. They helped us hit our milestones to accomplish our goals for the year.” - Rob Miller, President, RAM Pavement

We’re grateful for our clients

Year after year, they continue to choose us, recognizing the value we bring to them. They are easy to work with and we treat them with care. We are fortunate to have some of the best clients in our industry. We’re thankful for their patience during the challenges we faced in 2023 due to our rapid growth. While our revenue increased significantly, we struggled to find the right people, resulting in some project delays. This was a common situation across various industries, including construction. Our clients maintained their understanding throughout it all.

We love our community

At RAM, we consider it an honor to give back to the community that has so generously supported us over the years. Our upcoming community outreach efforts include the annual Street Turkey event that our team and family members love participating in.

We’re also looking forward to a big project in collaboration with Purple Heart Homes to provide accessible housing for disabled veterans. They have received a donation of land from a church, and we will be helping with all of the necessary groundwork, including concrete and pipe work. We’ll be grading the site, alongside our partner, and connecting the sewer and water systems. We’ll be responsible for the construction of ADA-compliant parking areas, including all necessary concrete and sidewalk work for the veterans who will live there.

“Our holiday message to everyone in the RAM Pavement family is to stay safe, stay positive and find reasons to laugh. In the media, there is often a focus on negativity, whether it be in politics or events in the Middle East. Today, we must come together as a nation, adopt a positive mindset, and most importantly, find moments of joy.” - Rob Miller

As the year draws to a close, our team is ready to help you with all of your pavement needs. Feel free to reach out to us.
